How to Order Online
We try constantly to make our customers online to shop / order easy from booksforkiddies.com. Choose from a great range of books.
Step 1: Browse the booksforkiddies.com and find what you want to buy. To put the items in your cart, click Add to Cart. You can always remove items of your basket later before proceeding to buy/checkout.
Step 2: Once you’ve finished shopping, click Items in your cart in the top right-hand corner. You’ll see everything in your basket and can decide over items out or add new things before going to the Checkout.
Please note that if you’ve already registered with booksforkiddies.com, simply log in. If you’re a new customer, set up an account – it’s very simple and quick. This helps you to be quicker to buy next time.
Step 3: While you are at the Checkout, you will have to confirm where you want your items to be delivered and mode of the payment. You will be direct to secure mode of Payment Gateway.
Step 4: We send you an order confirmation email showing order details.
Step 5: Orders are been dispatched to mentioned shipping details.
What are the Shipping Charges
It is Flat Rs.50 per order made. Free shipping option can be selected during checkout if order value is above Rs.1000.
How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment
We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days of the purchase date. Most Indian orders should arrive within 7 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing support@booksforkiddies.com or calling 9842216618 (within India). Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
How will be the condition of the books?
You can find the information mentioned in Additional Information section for each book. Below categories can be found.
1) New Books : New books not pre-loved.
2) Gently Used : Books are pre-loved. There may be minor scratches, scribbles, torn or stapled pages.
